Why no weekends?
It’s a NON-negotiable that I do not need to explain.
Why does it take 24 to 48 hours to get a response from you after I sent a message?
I am very clear about the response time to messages on my site. Boundaries and NON-negotiables should be enough for a reason. But if you really need some sort of answer, how about ~ I’m a single mom to a kiddo on the spectrum.
Will you offer services in the future?
I don’t know, to be honest. At this time, I am not willing to give up my weekends.
Why can't I get a refund for your digital products and/or services?
Digital Products: There are no refunds for any digital product sold on SoulFull Gypsy because you get instant access after payment is made. There is full disclosure on each product page that is very clear that all sales are final for ALL digital products. There is also a check box that needs to be ticked on the final checkout page that you acknowledge all sales are final for digital products before you click the “Buy” button. I welcome any and all questions you have. Just make sure you do it before you purchase.
Course Packages: No refunds for course packages sold on SoulFull Gypsy because you get full and instant access to all files after payment is made. There is full disclosure on each course package page that is very clear that all sales are final for ALL course packages.
